The OUCC also has a highly organized and enforced conflict resolution
system in place to respond to our patients who wish to discuss dissatisfaction
with care they feel was below an acceptable standard. If you wish
to register a complaint with the clinic, please Click
here. You will receive a response from the clinic's Executive
Director, Marion Moritz, or an appointed clinic representative, within
24-48 hours.

The
clinic is located just off Hwy 17 in Orleans, Ontario, directly across
from the Place d'Orleans shopping center and the bus terminal. Exit
Hwy 17 at Place d'Orleans; we are in the same mall with the Blockbuster
Video, Kettleman's Bagels and Loblaws.
